The easiest way is to start by bus from Öregrund and then continue by bike to Raggarö. At the end of the road you can continue by M/S Rospiggen that carries you and your bike to Singö. The tour goes further to Grisslehamn. The final lap is cycled along Väddö canal to Björkö for an overnight stay. From "Östersjö Brygga" (jetty) there are Waxholmsbolagets boat crossings to Vaxholm and Stockholm.
