This cosy cottage is 75m² in size and fully equipped. It is located approximately 50 metres from the water's edge on a wonderful sandy beach.

It has two bedrooms, large kitchen/diner with a heat-storing fireplace, sauna, bathroom and toilet. Internet connection, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, microwave oven etc.

• From Kemiö church, take the Dragsfjärdintie (road 183) and drive along it for 18 km.
• Turn right to Kirkonkyläntie (there's also a sign Kasnäs 21) and drive ahead for 3 km.
• Don´t turn on Ytterölmosintie,the name of the road changes to Söderlångviikintie
• Turn right to Ölmosintie and drive along for about 4 km.
• Address to the office is Ölmosintie 400 (a red house on the left side of the road surrounded by a fence.)

Cancellation clauses:

Following a booking, we send the client an invoice for a deposit covering 30% of the rental. The balance falls due eight (8) weeks before the client arrives at the cottage. If the booking is cancelled before the payment of the balance, we return the booking fee minus €40. If the cancellation is received after the payment of the balance, the payments are returned, minus €80, provided we have found a replacement tenant. Otherwise we cannot return the payments.
