Come and enjoy the different seasons in the Turku archipelago. Staying with us at Kirjais Kursgård, located in Nagu/Nauvo you can enjoy various activities depending on the season and your preferences. In summer you can pick wild berries and in autumn mushrooms are in season. Fishing is an activity that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Kirjais Kursgård is situated in the southern archipelago of Åboland/Turunmaa on the beautiful Kirjais island, in the immediate vicinity of Kirjais village. It can be easily reached by car, bike or boat. The road leads right up to the Kursgård and from the village and the marina there is a 600-metre walk. Right by the marina there is a shop and a restaurant.
We can offer different types of accommodation: Bed and breakfast as well as high-class cottages and we can cater for large groups up to 70 people. Everything can be arranged according to your own wishes. Staying with us you can enjoy fresh air with a sea breeze, a clean stress-free environment and the varying joys of the different seasons.
We are pleased to offer individual packages for birthday parties, business parties, meetings and camps. Each event will be negotiated separately to find a suitable package for each customer.
We also cater for conferences. The big room in the main building can seat 40-45 people. Depending on the serving and on the needs of the group we can arrange evening parties for up to 80 people. Approximately 40 people can be accommodated in the main building and the adjoining log house, and another 30 in the holiday cottages nearby.
Our high-class holiday cottages were built in 2005. They have 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people. Additional beds (max. 2) can be provided. The cottages have been awarded the highest mark in the generally used MALO-classification for country tourism.
The total area of one cottage is about 100 square metres. Each cottage has a completely equippped kitchenette, a living room with an open fireplace, WC, electrically heated sauna, shower room, TV, grill, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hoover. There is also wireless internet connection.
