You can stay in five houses ( 22 rooms), which are the original houses where the lighthouse employed lived. You have the sea on three sides and the archipelago on the fourth side.

Our houses are wonderful inside. It´s like staying at home by us. In the Tower ( the place where the pilots were watching the ships ) you have a wonderful room ( windows all around! ) for conferences and dinners. When it´s dinner you have white cloths, candles and flowers on the tables.

Our sauna is world unique! It´s a bunker from the second world war and it heats up with wood. Outside you have a little pool in the rock.

When you go to us you will have a wonderful and exclusive trip across  the archipelago.

We only host one group at a time so you can enjoy our island by yourselves.

In spring and summer we have a lot of rave birds, who have their baby birds here by us.

You can come to us the whole year around. You just have to make a reservation.

If you start in Stockholm or Arlanda airport at 09.00 you will arrive by us about 11.00 o´clock and it will take you about 2 hours to get back to Stockholm or Arlanda

From Stockholm you can go by boat all the way or you can go by bus or car to our neighboring haber Räfsnäs and from there you go by boat to Söderarm.

If you will go from Arlanda you have to go by car or bus to Räfsnäs.

The best offer is to stay here for two days, but it´s possible to come for just a day

Two days 6 – 22 persons

One day 10 – 200 persons

For two days by us on Söderarm we charge 350 euro per person if you are at least 6 persons. It´s a bit cheaper if you are more than 12 persons. The total price depends of how you travel and from which place you start. We offer the price when we know how you want to travel.

The price for one day is 150 euro at a minimum of 10 persons

The price offered includes everything, excluding alcohol ( we have alcohol to sell ).

Prices for transportation will be charged separately.

Sometimes we have difficulties operating wheelchairs. It all depends on the person in the wheelchair. Can he or she accept help from us, it´s OK.
